Mumbai: Sukhpreet Kaur, wife of martyr Sarabjit Singh, who was martyred in Kot Kalakhapat Jail, Pakistan, is no more with us. He died during a road accident. It is being told that she was going to meet her daughter on a motorcycle when the accident happened.
She fell behind from the motorcycle, causing severe head injury, after which she was immediately admitted to a hospital in Amritsar but could not be saved. His last rites will be performed at 1 am on Tuesday at the Bhikhiwind crematorium.
Sister died in the same year
It is worth noting that in June this year, Sarabjit Singh’s sister Dalbir Kaur died of cardiac arrest. He had launched a big campaign to bring his brother Sarabjit who was lodged in Pakistan to India. Sarabjit’s sister Dalbir had joined BJP in the year 2016.
In the year 2016, director Omung Kumar made a film on Sarabjit’s life. The lead role in this film was played by Randeep Hooda. At the same time, his wife Sukhpreet Kaur’s role actress Richa Chadha was seen.
