Veteran actor Anupam Kher also shared a video expressing grief, in which he is saying – Very sad to hear about the demise of Raju Srivastava. The mind was sad.. sad.. there is a silence in me.. in the atmosphere. He was not only a very good comic actor but also a very good human being. He had great compassion. Didn’t speak ill of anyone. I met him many times..laughtered..but never saw him in a serious mood. He used to talk about prayers for everyone.

Raju was admitted in AIIMS since August 10. During a workout in a hotel, he had a heart attack and he fell unconscious. Since then till now he had not regained consciousness properly. Everyone was praying for his recovery but no one knew that on Wednesday morning such news would come which would break everyone’s heart.
